The padding on the low and high tops makes them a snug fit so if you are a UK half size we recommend choosing the bigger size as listed below.

All our shoes are sized in EU sizing. We have collected the above information on UK and US comparisons, to the best of our knowledge, from customer feedback but we will always welcome further feedback from you so please do get in touch with the studio with any comments.
Delivery Times and Services
UK Delivery
Orders will be shipped in 3-5 working days, once packed we will use the same fast service as usual. If you need an item urgently please get in touch with the studio (studio@georginagoodman.com) or write a note in the comments section of your order and we will do our best to help!
International Delivery
We use the Royal Mail Postal Service, which means we can ship to most places worldwide.
Where possible we will use a Signed and Tracked Royal Mail Service. Where this is not available – a fully tracked service, a where this is not available – a signed for service.
EU Delivery Times
Aim to delivery within 3-5 days once posted (from January 2019 the studio will pack and post orders off in 3-5 working days).
Rest of the World Delivery Times
Aim to delivery within 5-7 working days once posted (from January 2019 the studio will pack and post orders off in 3-5 working days).
Security
Tracking and Signature items are processed in a separate network while they’re in the UK. Shipping costs include proof of postage and compensation up to £250 to protect valuable items against loss or damage.
Tracking your order
The availability of our Tracking and Signature services depends on where your item is going, a signed for service will not be track able once it leaves the UK.

Not home for delivery?
If you’re not home, you will have to go to your delivery office to collect your order as most services require a signature.

From time to time, GEORGINA GOODMAN may offer free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply join our mailing list.
Shipping on Made To Order items
Made to order items like our solid gold necklace will not be shipped out immediately as they need time to be made. You item may not be ready for 3-4 weeks.
