Exchanges and Refunds
Can I return an item?
We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, bags, and other branded packaging materials. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoebox.
Please note we cannot offer returns on the following items but we will happily offer you an exchange of size.

Please note no returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items. Sales of the following items are considered final:
- Vintage items
- Personalised items
How to return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
- Send a quick email to the studio to inform us of your decision
- Please pack your items in their original packing and include a completed returns form (alternatively you may email this to us directly).
- Post the item to us at the address listed below.
- You will be notified by email once your return or exchange has been received and processed.
Returns that are damaged, worn or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
We check every item before it is packed and sent out from our studio. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.

UK Returns & Exchanges Policy
For UK returns you will receive a full refund including the original postage costs on safe return of the item. Please note postages costs to return the item to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we recommend you obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. As soon as we receive the item we will process the full refund as soon as possible back to the card used for payment.
Exchanges for our UK customers will be sent out free of charge… hurrah!
International Returns & Exchanges Policy
For international returns the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. Please note postages costs to return the item to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we recommend you obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. As soon as we receive the item we will process the refund as soon as possible back to the card used for payment, less the original shipping costs.
International customers exchanging an item will be liable for extra shipping charges, please note we will be unable to ship out the exchange item without confirmation of payment.
Incorrect/ Faulty Items
For both UK and International Customers we will refund postage costs to return or exchange an item where the return is required due to a fault of ours… For example if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or faulty please get in touch immediately with the studio.
