How do I make a purchase?
Purchasing an item is easy.
Once on your chosen product simply select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. From here you can select the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the prompts on the following pages about payment and delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also chose to pay with a familiar third party including PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I specify a day for delivery?
Unfortunately you cannot specify a delivery day with your order.
You may email us with any delivery concern or question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification from us, which will in turn detail your tracking number.
How do I track my order?
If you are in the UK and place your before 3pm (before the 21st December) you may receive your items as soon as the next working day in the UK. Please refer to our delivery section for more information on delivery times and services to the UK and internationally. From January 2019 the studio will pack and post items in 3-5 working days.
Do I need to sign for the delivery for my order?
All UK orders will require a signature.
Most international orders will also require a signature; you can find the shipping service available to your country at the time of purchase.
My item does not fit; can I exchange or return?
Yes, we are pleased to accept timely exchanges or returns of unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Some items may not be eligible for return so please refer to our ‘Exchanges and Refunds’ section for detailed information.
Please note we cannot offer returns on the Hand Painted to order items but we will happily offer an exchange of shoe size!
